Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, consultations, treatments, purchases, packages, promotions, website visits, and communications involving Beautyfer Clinic.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, together with any treatment-specific instructions, consent forms, aftercare guidance, privacy notices, or policies provided to you before or after your appointment.

Our Services

Beautyfer Clinic provides aesthetic, skincare, face, body, hair, nail, beauty, and related personal-care services. Availability may differ depending on the treatment, practitioner, equipment, client suitability, and appointment schedule.

Information provided on our website, social media profiles, price lists, advertisements, or promotional materials is intended as general information. It does not replace a personal consultation or professional assessment.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a treatment when we reasonably believe that proceeding would be unsuitable, unsafe, or contrary to professional advice.

Consultations and Treatment Eligibility

Certain treatments may require a consultation, skin assessment, patch test, medical questionnaire, or signed consent form before treatment can begin.

A booking does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be performed. Final eligibility is determined after an appropriate assessment by the relevant Beautyfer professional.

Where a patch test or preparatory consultation is required, failure to attend may result in the treatment being postponed or cancelled.

Medical and Personal Information

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your health, medical history, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications, skin conditions, previous procedures, sensitivities, and any other information that may affect your treatment.

You must inform us immediately if any relevant information changes before or during a treatment programme.

Beautyfer Clinic cannot be held responsible for complications, reactions, reduced results, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be requested through the website, telephone, email, social media, messaging applications, or directly at the clinic. An appointment is considered confirmed only after Beautyfer Clinic has accepted the requested date and time.

We may request a deposit or full advance payment to secure selected appointments, treatment packages, promotional offers, or longer treatment sessions.

Clients should arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before their appointment to allow sufficient time for registration, consultation, preparation, or consent documentation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations made with insufficient notice, repeated rescheduling, or failure to attend an appointment may result in:

• Loss of any deposit or prepaid session;
• A cancellation or missed-appointment fee;
• Removal of the session from an active treatment package;
• Advance payment being required for future appointments.

Beautyfer Clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to staff availability, equipment issues, illness, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will offer a suitable alternative appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce the available treatment time to avoid delaying other clients. The full treatment price may still apply.

When there is not enough time to perform the service safely or effectively, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Prices and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the treatment area, treatment complexity, products used, number of sessions, practitioner assessment, or individual treatment plan.

The final price will be communicated before treatment whenever reasonably possible. Additional services requested during an appointment may result in additional charges.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the clinic before or immediately after the service. Beautyfer Clinic reserves the right to update prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect appointments that have already been fully paid, unless the original booking is materially changed.

Treatment Packages, Gift Cards and Promotions

Packages, prepaid sessions, gift cards, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to the specific conditions communicated when they are purchased or advertised.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers;
• Packages are intended for the named client only;
• Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Offers are subject to availability and stated expiry dates;
• Missed sessions may be deducted from a prepaid package;
• Treatment substitutions require prior approval from Beautyfer Clinic.

A package does not guarantee identical results for every client. Treatment plans may be changed when clinically or professionally appropriate.

Treatment Results and Expectations

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including age, skin type, hair type, health, lifestyle, treatment area, previous treatments, adherence to aftercare, and biological response.

Photographs, testimonials, before-and-after images, expected timelines, and examples shown by Beautyfer Clinic are illustrative only. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

Some treatments require multiple sessions, maintenance appointments, lifestyle adjustments, or home-care products to achieve or preserve the intended result.

Aftercare and Adverse Reactions

You agree to follow all verbal and written preparation and aftercare instructions provided by Beautyfer Clinic.

Temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, bruising, peeling, discomfort, or other expected reactions may occur depending on the treatment.

Contact Beautyfer Clinic promptly if you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction. Where symptoms may constitute a medical emergency, seek immediate professional medical assistance rather than waiting for a response from the clinic.

Beautyfer Clinic is not responsible for complications caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, interference with the treated area, use of unsuitable products, sun exposure, or treatment received from another provider.

Refunds and Complaints

Completed treatments are generally non-refundable because time, professional expertise, equipment, and products have already been provided.

Dissatisfaction with a result does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund, particularly where the treatment was performed correctly and results remain within the expected range explained during consultation.

Concerns should be communicated as soon as possible so that the clinic can assess the treatment area and propose an appropriate resolution. Beautyfer Clinic may request an in-person review before considering corrective treatment, account credit, or any other remedy.

Refunds for unused prepaid services, where approved, may be subject to deductions for sessions already used, promotional discounts received, products supplied, administrative costs, or non-refundable deposits.

Clients Under 18

Certain treatments are not available to clients under the age of 18.

Where a treatment is considered appropriate for a minor, Beautyfer Clinic may require prior written consent and the presence of a parent or legal guardian during the consultation or treatment.

Beautyfer Clinic reserves the right to refuse a treatment based on age, treatment type, safety considerations, professional judgement, or applicable legal requirements.

Clinical Photography and Promotional Media

Photographs may be recommended or required to document treatment planning, progress, safety, and results. Clinical photographs will be handled as part of your confidential client information.

Beautyfer Clinic will not use identifiable photographs or videos for advertising, social media, website content, or other promotional purposes without separate consent.

You may refuse promotional photography without affecting your eligibility for treatment. Where you have previously granted consent, you may request that future use stop, subject to content already printed, published, or otherwise outside the clinic’s reasonable control.

Client Conduct and Clinic Safety

Clients must behave respectfully toward staff, practitioners, other clients, and clinic property.

Beautyfer Clinic may refuse or end a service where a client is abusive, threatening, intoxicated, disruptive, engages in inappropriate conduct, ignores safety instructions, or creates a risk to staff or other clients.

Unless agreed in advance, children and additional guests should not accompany clients into treatment rooms where their presence may interfere with safety, privacy, or treatment delivery.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, collect data without permission, impersonate another person, or use the website in a manner that interferes with its operation.

We aim to keep website information accurate and available but do not guarantee that every description, price, image, appointment time, or piece of content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Website access may be restricted or interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, security reasons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Beautyfer name, branding, logos, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, treatment materials, and promotional content are owned by or licensed to Beautyfer Clinic.

Content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Personal Data and Privacy

Beautyfer Clinic may collect and process personal information required for consultations, treatment delivery, appointments, payments, communication, safety, legal compliance, and clinic administration.

Depending on the service, this may include contact details, appointment history, health information, consent records, treatment notes, photographs, payment records, and communication preferences.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the clinic’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, Beautyfer Clinic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; loss caused by inaccurate or withheld client information; failure to follow instructions; unauthorised third-party treatments; personal belongings lost or damaged at the clinic; or events outside the clinic’s reasonable control.

Clients remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed with a treatment after receiving relevant information, having an opportunity to ask questions, and providing informed consent.

Changes to These Terms

Beautyfer Clinic may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to services, pricing procedures, business operations, technology, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the relevant revision date. Continued use of the website or booking of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern directly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent authorities or courts in Albania, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
