An appointment is considered confirmed only after\n                            Beautyfer Clinic has accepted the requested date and time.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            We may request a deposit or full advance payment to secure\n                            selected appointments, treatment packages, promotional offers,\n                            or longer treatment sessions.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Clients should arrive approximately 5\u201310 minutes before their\n                            appointment to allow sufficient time for registration,\n                            consultation, preparation, or consent documentation.\n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/section>\n\n                <section id=\"cancellations\" class=\"bf-terms__section\">\n                    <span class=\"bf-terms__number\">06<\/span>\n\n                    <div>\n                        <h2>Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Please provide at least <strong>24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> when\n                            cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Cancellations made with insufficient notice, repeated\n                            rescheduling, or failure to attend an appointment may result in:\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <ul>\n                            <li>Loss of any deposit or prepaid session;<\/li>\n                            <li>A cancellation or missed-appointment fee;<\/li>\n                            <li>Removal of the session from an active treatment package;<\/li>\n                            <li>Advance payment being required for future appointments.<\/li>\n                        <\/ul>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Beautyfer Clinic may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to\n                            staff availability, equipment issues, illness, safety concerns,\n                            or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Beautyfer Clinic reserves the\n                            right to update prices at any time. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee\n                            of a particular result.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Some treatments require multiple sessions, maintenance\n                            appointments, lifestyle adjustments, or home-care products to\n                            achieve or preserve the intended result.\n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/section>\n\n                <section id=\"aftercare\" class=\"bf-terms__section\">\n                    <span class=\"bf-terms__number\">11<\/span>\n\n                    <div>\n                        <h2>Aftercare and Adverse Reactions<\/h2>\n\n                        <p>\n                            You agree to follow all verbal and written preparation and\n                            aftercare instructions provided by Beautyfer Clinic.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, bruising, peeling,\n                            discomfort, or other expected reactions may occur depending on\n                            the treatment.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Contact Beautyfer Clinic promptly if you experience an\n                            unexpected or concerning reaction. Where symptoms may constitute\n                            a medical emergency, seek immediate professional medical\n                            assistance rather than waiting for a response from the clinic.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Beautyfer Clinic is not responsible for complications caused by\n                            failure to follow aftercare instructions, interference with the\n                            treated area, use of unsuitable products, sun exposure, or\n                            treatment received from another provider.\n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/section>\n\n                <section id=\"refunds\" class=\"bf-terms__section\">\n                    <span class=\"bf-terms__number\">12<\/span>\n\n                    <div>\n                        <h2>Refunds and Complaints<\/h2>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Completed treatments are generally non-refundable because time,\n                            professional expertise, equipment, and products have already\n                            been provided.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Dissatisfaction with a result does not automatically create an\n                            entitlement to a refund, particularly where the treatment was\n                            performed correctly and results remain within the expected range\n                            explained during consultation.\n                        <\/p>\n\n                        <p>\n                            Concerns should be communicated as soon as possible so that the\n                            clinic can assess the treatment area and propose an appropriate\n                            resolution.
